Quarry operator closed Millville parking at RR and cut through rd

My understanding is the quarry owns the property at/along the RR and the property that includes the cut thru road--it was the decision of the quarry to close the parking--they put up the signs mounted on large blocks of concrete.
An employee from the quarry approached another group of paddlers in person a few weeks ago to let them know the policy is changing.
I have not heard of enforcement actions, so that may be something we find out as summer progresses.
Today there were boaters parked at the cut thru road near the new sign.
We have been parking along the road upstream from the outfitters at the turn outs.
