have run it from Muddy Creek Forks (where the store used in a Tim Allen movie "For Richer or Poorer"--paddled this just after it was filmed!), good current, occasional short riffles, narrow slots and a few small ledges (6"-1'), pools looked like they would be great fishing--didn't see anything more difficult than a 1+ as I remember. Don't recall a dam anywhere except for the one that was taken out down lower--similar to Octoraro between the covered bridge to the first road bridge, but with less sharp turns
