Though I understood full well that there was a chance people would critique our boating, if for no other reason than I was putting it out there with the style. What I didn't expect was someone with no background on the situation besides a few words of a 5 minute video, and who admittedly has no idea about the paddler in question, calling them out and trying to determine their readiness for a river. That's a HUGE stretch to make, and why you are getting flamed.

Also, I'd love to know how you equate missing a boof with someone dying. Or missing a boof with being unable to steer at 80mph. You're placing this on a level that it simply isn't at. It's a missed line on a rapid, simple as that. Swallowtail hasn't killed...and I really can't imagine the scenario at 350cfs where it would, because it flows out cleanly on both ends. But since you asked, we had two boaters in the water and one on shore ready safety wise.

So lets keep this simple...you want to keep calling out my crew and whether we are ready for the river in question...show me you aren't some class 2 boater who is bored at his computer. I've got 15 years of boating experience and 40 videos of me and my crew boating on my Youtube page....let's see the video of you nailing every line you've ever run.

Now I get why people keep their videos simple, if you put no info into them besides paddling and music, there's nothing for jackasses to nitpick
