I've got a Dagger Crossfire in great shape that I would sell for $200, but at your size it might not be suitable. I am 6'-2" and 175 lbs, and I no longer use it because my long legs and the low deck height makes for uncomfortable knee angle.

A large size Corsica might work for you ...
