I have yet to have a warranty issue because of a cracked cockpit rim here at the shop in the past 10 years I have been running Valley Mill. Sure, I have had some warranties, all boats break, but very few considering how many I have sold over the years here.
Most warranties that I have had were due to cracks in the hull, mainly under the seat, or a pulled backband , and Jackson is very good about covering warranties.
