Very similar. I'm 5'11" and 185. Weight-wise, it's a non-issue, and floats/paddles great. The issue for me is my knee placement (I have bad knees) and feet (size 12). I can fit when barefoot, but it can feel a bit like squeezing into a squirtboat - there's just too much pressure, despite more room (pinched) in the bow.
