Fish releases are done...and if you check the weather, its not likely that it will be warm enough in the surrounding area to need much power generated (highs in the 60's or 70's).

Apparently the raft companies were pre-booking trips for the Upper on Monday, but I have no idea if that really means anything beyond that they are being optimistic. Everything I've read, combined with common sense, says that the only releases they'll do until they are in the rule band are Saturaday's.

But, it doesn't hurt to call in the morning just in case
