shredder at 200cfs would be rough

It looks like even the outfitters don't run rafts that low, thus why you only see duckies in their videos at 300cfs. Even at 700cfs they were getting stuck all over the place...I'm not even sure you could get a raft through Sweet's falls at 200cfs.

But, kayaking wise, if you get a good guide, most of the major rapids are fairly easy Class IV, and you can scout all of them from riverside. It will be technical, and you'll have to find the right lines to not get stuck, but totally doable.

Its also a LOT of flat water...but, so is the New River Gorge at this point
