Message: There is a nice bike trail that runs alongside the Lower Meadow run. Take the first right turn after the US-19 bridge crosses the Lower Meadow and park. Ride to the bridge and carry down the hill to the trail (converted rail trail). Have a fun and easy ride down the Lower Meadow to the confluence and Lost Paddle. The trail continues downstream on river left. You can make very short and easy hikes to view most of Lost Paddle rapid. Replies to this post
