Like Court said, the Caption is the best 14 foot tandem out there. Other choices in this size would be the Esquif Vertige x (less nimble than the caption but carries a larger load), Esquif Blast, more playboat oriented, slower hull design.
Mohawk probe 14, lower payload than the caption or vertige x but pretty nimble.
