Dagger RPM vs Axiom

This may start a fire storm but I'm considering getting rid of my Dagger Axiom 8.5 for a Dagger RPM. They both seem similar, aside from length and hull design, but the RPM seems to do things better and a bit easier like stern squirts and surfing. Yes I'd be giving up a newer boat for a older one but if it was in good condition I don't see the problem. Anyone have good experience with both boats to provide a little insight? I'd appreciate it and thanks.
