I built a new one in 2008 from Ted Waddell's mold. Carter Hearn still has the mold, AFAIK.
And yes, it's still the hottest kayak around.
Let me know what you'd like to do. You're welcome to borrow my boat (for a little while) but Carter's mold might be easier.
