Cilla: There are only a few spaces and getting one of them might be very tough. Your best bet is to bite the bullet and park up at Harper's Ferry Adventure Center, as we did for the Splash Trip. You can either unload your canoe at the Wayside and carry it down the hill then move your car, or you can pay HFAC for the shuttle down to the river. I thought that was worth the money.
