You sometimes see posts on forums like this, and in news media, about sewage overflows that occur after many heavy rains, on nearly every major stream, even oft-used streams like the Potomac River, Shenandoah River, Severn River, South River, etc., as well as the Chesapeake Bay and Ocean City.

Also you sometimes see posts about "Red tide" and Vibrio, also in popular boating areas.

The problem is, most of these posts occur several days after occurrence, too late for local boaters who have already been there.

So I was looking for something akin to daily monitoring programs for popular boating areas.
