Back to Paddle Prattle
in short, no. Basically you'll be fine kayaking any body of water that's worth boating

What you're looking for doesn't exist. At least to the level of detail, analysis, compilation and reporting that you're requesting. In large part, because generally the water bodies are worth boating have sufficient water quality to support the activity.
There is a great body of science and monitoring, but you have to work for it to make it pertinent to your specific circumstances.
MD (among other states) classify water bodies on their "use". In MD it's called Designated Use.
Here are their definitions of the use groups: http://www.mde.state.md.us/assets/document/sedimentstormwater/Appnd_D9.pdf
And a current Map: http://www.mde.state.md.us/programs/Water/TMDL/Water%20Quality%20Standards/Pages/DesignatedUsesMaps.aspx
Guess you'll have to either roll the dice and "live dangerously" or just seal yourself up in a box and be "safe" from the water bugs.
If you do have a compromised immune system boating is an issue to be discussed with your doctor.
