rock creek strainers

Two river-wide strainers below the main rapid stretch. First one was barely duckable at 225cfs, doubt you could get under it at more than 300cfs. The second was more easily duckable, probably good til 4-500cfs.

Both are fairly obvious. And both are underwater at 2000cfs, which is a level I highly recommend.
