maybe create a simple google form to capture donation/member info and open a paypal account to receive payments? The google form submission confirmation page could have a link in it to paypal account. Someone would have to manually match the transactions though.
Someone with more experience using these tools probably would have a better solution/idea/implementation.
A quick search found these tools, options and info on the same topic. There are surely other options out there, but this is the method that came to mind first.
