Albright gauge updated, now shows CFS

Good news: The USGS recently moved its online gauge for the Cheat River at Albright from the dam to the bridge, and it it looks like yesterday they added a CFS calculation to it based on measured discharge. The painted gage has been restored, too.

This should be a big improvement over guestimating what the level at the bridge will be.
