The CSX barriers are at Sandy Hook

RR is enforcing the no tresspassing requirement at Sandy Hook take out under the Rt 340 Potomac River bridge; it recently added new Jersy barriers on the trail downslope from the RR tracks.

Weaverton take out is unaffected.
