Kayak Academy has sizing info at:

http://www.kayakacademy.com/collections/gaskets/products/universal-neck-gasket-for-dry-suits-and-dry-tops?variant=974275539

I've been buying and installing their universal gaskets for years, no issues and more sizes than Kokatat for a better fit with less cutting. Note the the water repellant is not water proofing, the Gortex membrane provides the water proofing. The DWR treatments never last very long, but after washing a warm iron will often revive things for a while longer (keep the iron away from gasket areas).
