Old Town Appalachian for Sale

Message:

I have a lightly used Old Town Appalachian for sale. Haven't been on the water in two years. It is outfitted with bags, bag bras, pedestals and thigh straps for tandem whitewater. Comes with the original seats and thwarts for conversion back if you want. It has the normal amount of light scratches for a boat used about 15 to 20 times, but nothing deep or serious. The boat has always been stored inside my garage when not in use, never out in the sun. With maximum rocker for maneuverability in whitewater, and flared ends for dryness and buoyancy, the Appalachian is an impressive river runner. Both solo and tandem paddlers will benefit from its quick response and tight handling in conditions up to Class III. Shallow arch hull for great initial and secondary stability. Features nylon webbed seats, ash yoke and thwart, and ash gunwales. Polyethylene decks with grab handles. 16'0"L, 35"W, and 15" deep. 67 lbs. Max capacity 1,450 lbs.
