Teter's campground

As Charlie mentioned today in a reply to a question posted earlier, Teter's campground is open. Kathy and Ralph wrote that Rod and Val have the campground ready to receive visitors. Kathy and Ralph plan to return to West Virginia during May, after the Cheat Festival weekend.
