Advice on replacing dry suit gaskets

Message:

I have an old two piece dry suit that's a knock off brand ("ESBE" and I haven't taken good care of it. The gaskets all definitely need replacing--that's no problem--but I went to clean it and noticed theres some mildew in the fabric. Some of the seams may need retaping or resealing with aqua net too. Any advice on what to do? Is it worth the $100 in new gaskets/other materials and several hours in labor to get this suit in working order for a few runs this spring, or should I abandon it because it wont last long anyway? I don't want to spend $700 on a new decent dry suit but would be willing to spend $300 or so on a used one (small) if anyone has any leads...

Thanks!
