Contact Bill Blauvelt on FB, seems that he had some stories about paddling Gwynns Falls... I think those were storm drains filled to capacity that you may have seen there.... I have seen Herring Run on the west side of town at levels that rivaled the Cheat.... put in a Northern Parkway.....
