Uh, it is a national park, so in truth I pay a user fee every April 15th, and I pay the feds a wee bit more than $30. Why don't we just take .001 % of our defense budget and earmark it to parks and schools? Oh yeah, that's right, gotta protect ourselves from ISIS. User fees are in essence corporate gov't.
