for which you get a card. Most folks that put in up at the park have one, now. Current cost is $20, so the proposal is an increase of $10. Neither cost is what most would consider expensive.
More of a problem will be how much is costs them to enforce/ collect entry fees... roving rangers?/ new entry gates at all parking lots along the river? That is the part that seems is not well thought out to me...
