I'd be happy to pay to park at Anglers, provided I could get an annual pass for a car for a not unreasonable price like ~$25. Not having to contend with lowlifes clogging the lot to avoid paying the pittance up at Great Falls ($$ which would help maintain the very trail/park they are using) would be worth the price of entry.
